This PR also moves the Drupal9 directory to just "Drupal".
D9 is already End of Life, and D11 is now the actively developed branch.
It makes sense to keep Drupal7 separate (it will reach End of Life in a few weeks in Jan '25) but I would recommend removing the number for "modern Drupal".
